Office of Senior Adult Programs

Please share with seniors (55 years of age and older) and residents with senior friends and family. Senior adults may participate in all of the following activities by registering with the Office of Senior Adult Programs ($15 annual fee which includes a 36 page bi-monthly publication, “Arlington County 55+ Guide.”) Registration forms available by calling 703-228-4721 or by visiting a senior center.

Pickleball is available for adults in the mornings, Mon.-Fri., Thomas Jefferson Community Center. Tuesdays and Thursdays (beginners), 1 p.m., Walter Reed Senior Center.
