Third Thrusdays at Penrose Square,

Music & Movie on Thursday, June 20

Please join us tomorrow, Thursday 6/20, for some live music, a movie and lots of fun at the new Penrose Square.

6:30 pm The Goodfellas (Beatles tribute band)

8:00 pm Mary Poppins (1964)

The free and family friendly event will bring you back to the decade of the (mythical) 60s.

Beatles tribute band "The Goodfellas" will begin playing at 6:30pm and at 8:00pm we will be screening the original classic Mary Poppins from 1964, starring Julie Andrews and Dick van Dyke.

Join us and at the same time enjoy the Pike's new emerging walkable town-center. Ask for specials at the area restaurants. Taqueria El Poblano already announced a 10% discount for all customers who will mention "Third Thrusday" to their waiter.

If you come from a more distant neighborhood, parking will be free at Penrose Square between 6pm and midnight tomorrow.

These free events are presented by the Columbia Pike Revitalization Organization CPRO, and supported by BM Smith & Associates, The Penrose Square Apartments, Giant Food at Penrose Square and many town-center restaurants and businesses.
