Free condo class: Essentials of Community Association Leadership

This 6 hour comprehensive leadership training is a nationally-recognized program developed to educate board members, homeowners, new managers, and other professionals living and working in community associations about the role and obligation of developers, roles and responsibilities of the board of directors, association documents, operating budgets, and board member fiduciary responsibility.

Topics covered include roles of common interest communities; finances; legal foundations; and risk control and insurance.
