As part of a program highlighting diversity and immigration in the
Arlington community, Arlington Central Library is hosting an exhibition of
the work of the Columbia Pike Documentary Project (CPDP) from April 6 to
31, 2013.
On Sunday April 14th at 3:00 PM in the Library Auditorium, there will be a
special program. Come hear an engaging artist's talk by the team of photographers, and an expert panel examining the nature and future of Arlington's diverse
population, and the role community-based arts can play in understanding and
celebrating diversity and tolerance. There will be time for audience
feedback and questions.

Guest panelists include Emma Viola-Sanchez, the Chair of Arlington's School
Board, and Dulce Carrillo, Arlington County's Multicultural Marketing,
Outreach and Advocacy Manager, plus additional special guests.
The exhibiting CPDP photographers are Lloyd Wolf, Paula Endo, Duy Tran,
Xang Mimi Ho, and Aleksandra Lagkueva.
This interesting program will be introduced by Takis Karantonis, executive
director of CPRO, the Columbia Pike Revitalization Organization.
